Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Rates (U.S. Orders):

  • Standard Ground Shipping: $4.75–$7 depending on weight and location

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75

  • Tracking details will be sent once your order ships

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, your package should arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your region.

Because every Naked Lavender product is handmade, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or sensitivity to ingredients.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Contact us at customerservice@nakedlavender.shop within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Once approved, we’ll send replacement instructions or issue a refund to your original payment method.
