Because each Naked Lavender product is handcrafted in small batches for freshness and quality, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@nakedlavender.shop within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item.
Once verified, we’ll happily replace or refund the affected item.
